Impacts from extreme weather events that are more frequent and intense as a result of climate change are staggering and discriminate against nothing.  With a constant push to not to contribute to climate change, supporting disaster recovery efforts and working especially for the most vulnerable communities when disaster hits is part of the new "abnormal" of today's climate.
